This was so much fun to create. Start with a plain, unpainted wood frame and paint it white. Use texture paint and Mostly Vintage Decor Stencil to add depth and texture. Once it is dry, sponge silver ink through stencil onto raised image. Use Artistic Etchings with black and silver ink to stamp on the frame. I used My Digital Studio to create the Happy Anniversary inserts.
