Today Stampin'Up! announced the items that are retiring from the 2009-2010 Idea Book and Catalog. It is quite a long list, since a lot of the colors are changing, too (see lists on right side bar).   This was created using WELCOME Decor Elements in white, medium size (15 1/8"x2 1/8") item # 114750. I painted the wooden plaque with white garden paint tinted with Night of Navy ink refill (#103033). Then applied the Welcome phrase using the Decor Elements Applicator (#114285). I sealed it with ployurethane, since is is hanging on my door outside and I want to be able to change the holiday motifs. The snowflakes were made with the Snowflakes set #2 sizzlits (#113449) and Decor Elements sheets in white (#114335) and the Sizzix Big Shot (#113429). More detailed pictures are below.
